You Are So Loved

The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).

I don’t know where this devotion finds you today, but I feel a nudging on my heart to tell you that God loves you. Completely. Unconditionally. Forever. He knows who you are. He knows your name. He knows what is happening around you and to you. He hears your prayers and knows your heart. You can rest in his love knowing that he desires the best for you.

You. Are. So. Loved

His love is not based on talents or performance. Nor is it based on outer appearances and beauty. Sometimes we think that if we had a different personality or done something different, that God would love us more. God could never love you less and he can't love you more. His love is constant and it is never changing. God thinks about you all the time, at every hour and minute of the day, you are the apple of his eye, his heart's desire.

His Word tells us so! "Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)

Regardless of what you have believed to this point, choose to believe that you are an adored, irreplaceable, treasure of God.

“Take in with all Christians the extravagant dimensions of Christ’s love. Reach out and experience the breadth! Test its length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights! Live full lives, full in the fullness of God” (Ephesians 3:18–19, MSG).

The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. (Zephaniah 3:17)

Choose by faith to believe these words. Find freedom today in the sweetness of God's love for you. It is a personal deep love and linger on his thoughts for you. Let them fill the wounded, broken and longing places.

You can live in a meaningful and powerful way when you embrace God's deep love for you. You will gain motivation for your life that begins with forgiveness and continues in grace. Be changed by his love today. Share it with others. Be assured by it. Go on in love.
